Our air conditioned barn holds up to 299 guests for a four hour event. You’ll have access to custom farm tables, chairs, and linen table runners, plus our full collection of venue decor. That means lanterns, vintage furniture, silk flowers, hay bales, mason jars, and custom chalkboards are already here. You won’t spend your weekend driving around town hunting down props.

The Barn Party Package comes with two dedicated crew members who manage setup, guest service, and cleanup. If you’re serving alcohol, we provide a bartender. You’ll also get a photo booth with unlimited digital images, access to our games and decor, and help arranging the space to fit your vision.

We don’t dictate your vendors. You can bring in your own caterer or select one from our curated list of approved catering vendors, or work with one of the four bakeries we recommend for your cake. Some clients add a rehearsal meal on site the day before, especially if they’re hosting out of town family. We can arrange breakfast, brunch, or dinner in the barn. Others bring in a mariachi band or acoustic group to match their party’s vibe. We’re set up to support those choices.

Can I bring my own caterer and bartender?
You can bring your own caterer or select from our list of approved catering vendors. If you’re serving alcohol, our provided bartender will handle service to ensure everything runs smoothly and meets insurance requirements. Outside alcohol is allowed only when using our bar service.

What happens if it rains and I want the bonfire?
The bonfire and s’mores station are weather dependent, so if conditions aren’t safe, we’ll skip that element. The rest of your party continues as planned inside our air conditioned barn. Most of our parties take place indoors regardless of the weather.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
